By downloading or using the SuperSub app, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. You should therefore read these terms carefully before using the app.

You may not copy, modify, or otherwise use the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks without our permission. You may not attempt to extract, decompile, or otherwise obtain the source code of the app. You may also not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions without our permission.

The app itself and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app are and remain the property of Supersub applicatie B.V. or its licensors.

Supersub applicatie B.V. is committed to making the app as useful, reliable, and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to modify, extend, restrict, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time.

We also reserve the right to charge for certain functionality or services. If we charge for any part of the app or its services, we will make it clear in advance what you are paying for and which charges apply.

Use of the App

The SuperSub app may store and process personal data that you provide to us or that is necessary for us to provide our Service. More information about how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your device, your account, and access to the app secure.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device. Doing so removes software restrictions and security protections imposed by the official operating system of your device. This may make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses, or other malicious software, compromise its security features, and may cause SuperSub to function incorrectly or not at all.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party service providers.

Examples of third-party services that may be used by the app include:

• Google Play Services
• OneSignal
• Sentry
• RevenueCat

Separate terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of these third-party services.

Supersub applicatie B.V. is not responsible for the content or terms of third-party services, except to the extent that such responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Internet Connection and Data Charges

Certain features of SuperSub require an active internet connection. This connection may be provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider.

Supersub applicatie B.V. cannot guarantee that all functionality will be available if you do not have access to a sufficient internet connection.

If you use the app through a mobile data connection, the terms and charges of your mobile network provider may apply.

You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile provider for data usage, including roaming charges if you use the app outside your home country or region.

If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using SuperSub, we assume that you have obtained permission from the person responsible for those charges.

Device and Availability

You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains operational and available for use.

For example, Supersub applicatie B.V. cannot be held responsible if you are unable to use the Service because your device has run out of battery, has no internet connection, or is otherwise unavailable.

We aim to keep SuperSub available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully available.

Maintenance, technical failures, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions or reduced availability.

Information Provided Through the App

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information made available through SuperSub is current, accurate, and reliable.

However, for certain information or functionality, we may rely on information provided by third parties.

We therefore cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, Supersub applicatie B.V. is not liable for losses arising solely from your reliance on information or functionality made available through the app.

Subscriptions and Purchases

SuperSub may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Where you make a purchase or enter into a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the relevant terms and payment rules of Apple or Google may also apply.

Prices and applicable conditions will be disclosed before you complete a purchase or subscription.

Where a subscription automatically renews, this will be indicated before the subscription is entered into.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store may need to be managed or cancelled through your account with the relevant app store.

Updates to the App

SuperSub is currently available for Android and iOS. Technical requirements for these platforms, or for any additional platforms on which SuperSub may become available in the future, may change.

You may need to install updates in order to continue using the app.

We do not guarantee that SuperSub will always remain compatible with every older version of Android, iOS, or other operating systems.

We may modify or remove functionality where necessary for technical, security, legal, or business reasons.

Termination of the Service

We may decide to discontinue the app or certain parts of the Service.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide users with advance notice, unless immediate termination is necessary due to security concerns, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

Upon termination of your right to use the app:

• the rights and licences granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will end;
• you must stop using SuperSub;
• you may be required to delete the app from your device.

We may restrict or terminate your access to SuperSub if you breach these terms, misuse the Service, or compromise the security or operation of the Service or other users.

Liability

Supersub applicatie B.V. will only be liable for damages to the extent that such liability cannot validly be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of income, loss of opportunities, or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example when SuperSub changes, new functionality is introduced, or applicable laws and regulations change.

You are therefore advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

The latest version will be made available through SuperSub.

If changes have a material effect on your rights or obligations, we may also notify you through the app or by another appropriate method.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer residing in another country within the European Union, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable legal rules.
